“How do I connect them to the JBL app ??, every time I try they disconnect again and the app says that they are not connected, although they are connected to the phone and I can use them for music on Spotify.....???”

• Did it to me when I first bought it, have to reconnect to Bluetooth or remove it and connect it to the app try one of these step

• The JBL app is screwy if you open the app before turning on the headphones you have to restart it and then they should appear
