• Sauna sure steam room I wouldn’t but than again when I train I sweat and the cushions are soak. They dry well and fast case is vented.

• I would have to say yes to both. Luckily with these earphone the pads can be removed and washed should they start to smell from sweat. And like most new units, they are water/weather resistant to a point.
