If you’re looking for the perfect gym headset, the bass, which is phenomenal, you can crank these up with the app and these things have a massive bass. The sound is crisp and good. The overall build of it is awesome, THE BATTERY!!! The battery is 40 hr long or something like that, and let me tell you, IT IS NICE NOT TO CONSTANTLY CHARGE HEADPHONES. What I’m trying to say, I use these headphones every time I go to the gym and my workouts are 1:30 to 2 hours long and I go 6 days a week and these things don’t need charged till after a month long of use, I swear the battery last longer because it just doesn’t add up. Also the BUILD, which I think the only reason I’ve had these headphones for 2 years now is that they’re built to last. These headphones are for you if you’re worried about anything’s above I’ve just mentioned. The ear pads are also good, I was worried they would flake on me because they’re leather but after 2 years they got a lot of life left, also the ear pads are breathable and I’m thankful for that because sometimes I go 3 - 4 hours some workouts without taking them off, also the sound is locked in, with little sound bleed. I have ran miles in these, and countless days at the gym and they are still awesome. I’ve bought and been using these headphones for 2 years now and they’re still performing brand new. And the quality of the headphones is still brand new, also the ear pads haven’t flakes on me yet and they still seem to have a few more years left in them, just make sure to wipe the pads down from all your sweat to prevent smell, “ which a trait that comes with all headphones.” I just hope this review convinces you to give these a try, I love these things, and when my pair breaks “ probly 5 years later” I’m going straight back to these and picking these up again. Imo, if your a cautious person like me that watched tons of reviews on headphones, just buy these and save the stress :)

Got these At $99.99 on Memorial Day sale Price. Picked up a pair just to try for that sale. Such a great deal can’t even believe they would drop to that low in price. No issues with them but all Positive ones. To Fit great sound great especially when you Download the jbl app. Adds a whole New experience with sound & all tons of sound including bass. Plus your get accessories like charging cord aux cord & the case is top notch made as so are the headphones. I have tons of headphones from top tier ones & these now & these are right up there even for the original price of $299 definitely worth it. Great buy & deal for me at $99.

Got it on sale, use for the gym lifting weights. It slips when I'm on anything incline pressing, but for the price i got it for its great

Bought this mainly for gym use only because I'm afraid of sweat damaging the headphones overall I have sweated as much as I can with these headphones and overall they have held up well but I sweat a good amount not a pool of sweat. Other than that these have held up well so far. Sound quality could be better as I can still notice SOME noise in the gym. App control is kind of neat but I find myself barely using it. Sometimes I have connectivity issues where I will be in the zone playing a song and then for the few seconds it will disconnect. Headphones secure fairly well on the head when I jump rope only time it would fall is when I would hit the headphones. Only thing I probably have to mention is for the price tag of $230 (at the time I have bought this) was not worth. But if you are strictly using for the gym then I think these are average on sound quality but good for gym environment (although I probably recommend buying these on sale under $200)

Wow!! These are the best headphones I have ever had in my 44 years! I got them days before the official release. The Bass is amazing, the active sound cancelation works great. I love the style, the color, the look, the feel, the buttons. I have been looking for the right over ear headphones to replace a set used for over 10 years! I looked at equivalent options from, Sony, Bose, Beats, Skull Candy, and Apple. Those are all really great companies with excellent products, and quality. None were just right for me, and my intended uses. When I came across a social media post from DJ letting everyone know these were about to be released. I was very excited! Apparently DJ and I have a similar hairstyle. Lol. I couod tell just from his picture of him wearing them, that they would fit me perfectly too! I somehow found a way to get them early! This set from JBL has blown my mind! It's hard to explain how they fit so perfectly. Like a good pair of sneakers or like some perfect fitting lifting gloves, but for your head. Trying to run or workout with over ear type headphones has always sucked. They always shift, or move, or bounce, get too sweaty, or some other irritating downsides. I can tell just by putting them on, that they won't do any of that. They are super snug, but they don't hurt like others at all. They even have a 3.5 headphone jack for those who prefer to also have the direct plug in option. Somehow JBL and The Rock have found the perfectly balanced fit! The sound is beyond words for me. Absolutely incredible! I'm sending a HUGE thank you to JBL, and DJ for putting in the WORK, and making this an Absolute home run of a Product! I almost forgot to mention. They even come with a nice case, with triangular carabiner! The headphones fold to fit inside. My advice to anyone looking at these. I didn't even try them before buying them. Buy them. You will be very happy like me.

Great headphones for everything. I use these for mowing the lawn, working out, home office when I decide to work from the patio. It’s always comfortable, stays still, and has great sound. Battery life is better than I would have expected as well

Great sound, great fit. Very fragile, not rugged heavy duty plastic. They broke very easy. Bought warranty but not available anymore in my area. Bought them during memorial Day sales and paid $79 for them. The good thing I saved over $150

They sound really good if you get them on sale they're definitely worth it they're very bassy not too crazy bassy If you're trying to blast it, but the good thing is the app made it so you can actually adjust the audio to you're liking and change the equalizer to what you prefer, the style is pretty good very reliable and great quality, these are definitely made for the gym they hold onto your head very well and don't slip off easy and it even has sweat proof ear cups that you can wash and change if you need to Comes with everything you need and very nice hard case for the headphones and they're foldable Hopefully this helps somebody out there! Amazing sound and comfortable headphones all around . Was debating which headphones to purchase and this is a winner! Bass and clear sound !

Had these for a little over a year. Great product at the beginning however the auto pause no longer works and the padding has started to come off. The fit also seems to have loosened and not as stable as before. I dont use these during workouts and usually just around the house so i am not sure why the fit and padding have lapsed in performance.

Excellent noice canceling headphones, great sound, excellent bass and highs, I would put these up against beats any day . And I got them for 99.99. Comes with an app for extra controls, ear pads are washable too.

Got these when it was on sale and a week later it went back to regular price. Lucky me. These headphones are awesome. Look at reviews on YouTube before purchasing to see if this is for you. If you download the JBL app you have access to an equalizer to change the sound just the way you like it. The headphones also fold to store it in its case it came with.

Had it for a couple days, earcups are somewhat small and so after about 3 hours or so they do tend to hurt my eyes, but worth it for 100$, charged them up on Friday, and as of Tuesday I had to recharge them. Lasted me for a couple days with one full day charge,

A terrific addition to my listening gear. Tight yet comfortable fit , crisp sound with clear highs and distinct lows. Buttons are well thought out and accessible, yet not easy to hit unintentionally. Case is soft yet protective. Bought a second for my nephew. A tip - use the app, makes setup and customization a cinch.

Purchased on sale, great headphones great sound. Charging port difficult to open but well protected.
