Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For the EQ settings of the Xtreme 3 to appear on your JBL Portable app, the firmware version of your Xtreme 3 has to be updated. However, the software has been paused for the time being because it is not completing the update properly. We are currently working to fix it, no ETA. Once it's available it'll be prompted on the JBL Portable app. Hoping for your kind understanding on this matter. Keep an eye out on your JBL Portable app to see if there will firmware upgrades available for your Xtreme 3 in the coming days. In the meantime, if you really want to customize the sound output of your speaker, you could consider using the EQ settings from 3rd-party music apps, though that's something we don't recommend because the sound output of our speakers has already been optimized to deliver that JBL signature sound.
