- Answer I foolishly bought two Jensen radio/CD players BOTH of which after 90 days were useless because the power button wouldn’t work properly. I have tried finding a solution as I live on social security and feel cheated. In past years I owned several other of the same Jensen players with wonderful results. Something must have happened to Jenson quality control or pride in products.

QuestionMy Jensen cd-490 has suddenly stopped working by a means of no power. I tested the power cord to another radio and the cord is perfectly fine. Also, there's power emitting from the power bus to the main pc board. What am I missing?

QuestionMy new Jensen personal cd player CD-65BLK CD player does not work. With battery power the AM-FM radio works but, with a CD loaded and pressing play a OP code shows up with no disc movement or play. I did read that a shipping screw may need to be removed?
