Reset the earbuds and start from scratch. This happened to me. Once I reset them - I have no problems now. But, if you're still having problems - Jlab has a 2 year warranty. Contact them.

I tried all the troubleshooting options and even exchanged the headphones for another pair and both pairs had connectivity issues. I did not find a solution other than returning them for a full refund.
