Are these adjustable? Would they fit a 10 year old? null

Really not adjustable, but fit is snug - for my ears but may not be so for a child.

I sure hope so as I liked mine so much that I purchased a set for my 10 year old grandson. I believe they will be fine as they come with different size ear plugs.
