How do yo answer the phone call on these? null

One quick press on the center button. The same button used to turn the earphones on/off.

One press on the power button will answer an incoming call. When you are ready to end the call, give it one press as well. When you get a chance, please reach out to us either via email support@jlabaudio.com or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may provide you with further functionality.

You have to press the middle button to answer the call.

u don't! By the time u are done connecting them and turning them on the phone stops ringing. Very clumsy.

I swipe my phone to answer/disregard. If I choose to answer, I speak into the phone's microphone. Don't know if you have to do that, but that's what I do.
