How can I pair the left ear bud with the right one? I followed the instruction of tapping 7 times but still only the right one will connect and the left one says ready to pair. null

Try putting them both in at the same time and then try connecting them

Once the right ear piece is connected, take the left piece and put it back on the docking case. Press the button on the left earpiece 5 times while in the case to reset. Take left ear piece of of case and it will automatically reconnect with the right! I do it all the time. Good luck!

They should turn on and pair together. If you only one to use one just leave the other one in the charging case.

Not sure how to answer this. My ear buds connect automatically after I have charged them and have them in my ears. Maybe one ear bud isn't charging??

Sometime you have to do it more than once. But also take them quickly out at the same time once they’ve paired. If it’s still doesn’t work delete the buds and pair back.
