“When i opened them and used them they were fine for a couple of weeks then they started pairing as seperate earbuds like when I connect to them it says contect to 2 devices and then will only play audio out of one earbud, is their a way to fix this?”

Please try the manual reset below :) 1. Enter your Bluetooth device settings & forget your JLab device. 2. Open the charging case and keep the earbuds inside. Quickly tap each earbud 7x (either bud first) The light blinks blue 3x then turns off. Repeat same steps with other earbud. Quickly tap 7x the touch sensor. The light blinks blue 3 times then turns off. 3. You may now remove your earbuds from the charging case, keeping them fairly close to each other. One should blink blue & white while the other stays a solid white. They should now be ready to be paired!
