Interesting that I too experienced a similar problem where one ear bud would not work. at will. I exchanged the pair for a replacement. I still have this happen once in a while. What I do is place the ear bud that is not working back in to the charger for a minute, take it back out and place it on my ear where it usually will connect. Possibly a design flaw I suppose but other than this I am quite happy with the quality
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like one of your buds has a faulty battery! I'd recommend returning them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Ken99, To reboot the earbuds, leave them in the case during this process. On ONE earbud, quickly tap 7x the touch sensor. The light blinks blue 3x then turns off. Repeat same steps with other earbud. Quickly tap 7x the touch sensor. The light blinks blue 3 times then turns off. Once you've completed this, take both earbuds out and set up a new connection with your phone and you should be back in business.
