Boot your smart phone first delete all open tabs before booting then go to setting and, pair your earbuds to your device there is times your smart phone won’t recognize your ear buds this happens if this does not work exchange them at Best Buy still not working with the new ones go to Geek Squad they will do do this for you free of charge still not working go with another kind this happens.
