Yes I have a pair of jlab air and the left side will not power on anymore when I put it in the box it says it charging but the light doesn't come on and it doesn't power on when I take it out what can I do to fix it null

I had a similar issue and I cleaned the contacts on the case and the earbuds and they made contact and charged.
