“My ear buds stop charging I brought them on November.29,2019. I’ve never in my life had this problem before with ear buds and I feel like I lost my money. What should I do?”

Return the product to the store if you have an extended warranty or the manufacturer if you have a regular warranty that isn't expired.

If bought from Best Buy-you have until Jan. 14 to return items bought in Nov. and Dec. I saw it online and they confirmed for me.
