• I'm not sure if this is your problem, but if you aren't using the right headphone the left won't work. They need to both be used together. Otherwise, I'd contact the company.

• Make sure the buds are joined. Turn off the buds then turn them On one by one. Press both buttons until they say joined. That’s about 3 seconds. Then connect to Bluetooth. Hope this helped.
