A:AnswerI have been pleased with my set. I've had mine for about 3 weeks and I use them for several hours at a time during the day and have only had to charge mine 3 times since purchase. I have not used them for like a full day but I've not been disappointed with my purchase.
A:AnswerHave you tried adjusting the little rubber piece that is designed for ear comfort? I noticed that it will sometimes cover the microphone holes and can cause callers not to hear you.

A:AnswerYou can use them one at a time by pairing them individually. However the button controls don't work on them and you can't take calls with them unless you have them both out

A:AnswerHi just push hold the earbud thats not pairing for two seconds and it will tell you it's ready to pair. mine does that too at times. hope that helps
A:AnswerThey do go into a block for a phone. I use a phone block. It’s just not the typical look of a usb, but it does work in laptops and phone blocks with typical usb slots.
