“How come people can't hear me when they call..or when I answer the phone call they still can't hear me worse headphones”

• Have you tried adjusting the little rubber piece that is designed for ear comfort? I noticed that it will sometimes cover the microphone holes and can cause callers not to hear you.

• I was pushing the earbud too far into the ear. Pulled it out some and now it works great. I have the new jlab mini earbuds. I have tiny ears and these actually fit.
