QuestionMy case dropped and now the case hinge is loose. It won't cose properly and it opens on its own, like there's no magnet. It was fine before it fell. And i cannot replace it since i live abroad. Now what can i do to properly keep the case closed??

- Answer Could you just use a hair scrunchie or rubber band? They even sell black rubber bands, if you want it to blend in with the case (of course there's black hair scrunchies, too).

QuestionWhile I'm streaming music usually through spotify the jlabs will be working great and then they'll just start repeating the same song. It'll play between 10 seconds and 1 minute of a song then repeat over and over. Any suggestions?

QuestionWhat’s causing the left earbud to constantly pause the music? Any sudden moves or just when I’m standing still, it cuts out. The right plays fine. I always have to unpause every 20 seconds or so because it cuts out so much.
