“How do I turn on the earbuds?? They have been on charge for about 4 hours”

• Hold the middle circle for a few seconds until you hear the lady voice say "hello"

• After you’ve paired the earbuds with your phone or device you simply hold the button in the middle down (do not release until you hear the prompt). Easiest to just hold down the middle button down while the other earbud is in your ear, you will hear the automated voice say “you are now connected”. Same for turning it off except you will hear “goodbye”.
