I don't know about muting, but I pause and pickup music all the time. It will automatically pause to pick up a phone call, and it picks up automatically right after.

Can answer calls and hang up, adjust the volume, but no mute. Call quality is pretty good too.

You cannot mute but you can still use your phone to click on the mute button. With the headphone you can pick up calls and end calls from the push of a button.

A user is able to answer/end a call via the power button located in the center of the control panel. You may also adjust volume high/low via the buttons adjacent to the power button.

I dont know about muting calls however you can hang up and answer calls with these headphones
