QuestionI've had my JLAB wireless headphones for about a year without an issue. They were charged last night and today I can't get them to remain on. It will give the audio prompt with a hello and then battery full then shuts off without prompt. Any help!

QuestionIn the product pictures, there's a USB cord. Is that just for charging or can it be used for listening as well? If not corded, how can I use it wirelessly w/my desktop computer, do I need a wireless dongle/USB adapter?

QuestionThese headphones have a silly fade-in volume feature for EVERY track or video. So you will end up missing the first 5-10 seconds of every video or track. Why would you program this feature into headphones? Who is this for?

QuestionAre these headphone waterproof?

- Answer Yes. They are "water proof", not water resistant. If you get rain water on them, they are fine and wipe off nicely. If you have them fall in deep water or pool, not so much. The 3 buttons on the left ear cup control the settings and are sealed with good design.
