“Hi. My JLab Talk USB Microphone has been working fine. Now when I'm on a zoom call it works for a while then I can't be heard. If I unplug and plug back into the usb port it works again. Is that the mic? The port? Drivers? How do I troubleshoot? Thanks.”

Hi Anna, It sounds like there might be an issue with the cord itself.
