• it's really intended for a tripod; can't see mounting it on a helmet unless there are modifications made

• No. It has a 1/4 inch screw socket for tripod mount, not a GoPro helmet mount.

• Sure you can but may fall off it has a standard tripod mount so should work with any of the tripod mount receivers you have
