I noticed this too.. since their overall changes from the pandemic. First phone support was shut down. Couldn't reach the store anymore, about anything. Then they remove the ability to leave reviews---the last recent one I'm showing, from 2022. So that's that. Best Buy cooked themselves and the rest is history.
