The JVC KW-M180BT receiver does not support changing the screen color or button illumination color. The button illumination is fixed to blue, and there is no option in the settings to customize the screen's color scheme or background. This model focuses on core multimedia features, but there are other models in the assortment that do offer illumination color change.
