• Only if your JVC stereo supports Bluetooth(transmits it as opposed to receiving it). Not likely tho.

• The headphones cannot be paired to a car stereo. Bluetooth works in two ways, one is a receiving device and one is the sending device. The headphones are a receiving device, so it will receive audio from like a cell phone, tablet which are a sending device. The radio is also a receiving device and does the same receives information from cell phone etc. You cannot connect two receiving devices together.
