“I cant get them to charge, and when I try to connect them i follow the directions and it wont flash blue and red. When I hold it down for 3 seconds it flashes red red instead of blue red. How do I fix this?”

Not sure if it's same issue but I have to hold mine down longer than 3 seconds then it flashes correctly
