No it doesn't. I installed mine a couple of days ago, so the details are fresh in my memory. Nothing mentioned in the owner's manual and no extra parts were left over. As long as the thief had a hex nut wrench or a decent pair of pliers, they could remove the two bolts that secure the connection between two parts of the mount (the wall piece and the tv piece).
