Yes. There are several ways to orient the brackets to match different televisions and loads of different-sized bolts to attach to the television. My first TV install was flawless and had everything I needed. The second, I added a couple washers of my own in order to get the depth just right for the bolts attaching to the TV. I'd wager that 90% of people will have everything they need.
