Not sure but it should as it states this on box. I would call Best Buy customer service before purchasing and they will definetely help...That is how I got this one. You can always return if it doesn't, My husband said it was easy to put up too!

Unfortunately without the TV's full model number I am not able to determine compatibility, as the M300 does only allow for certain VESA patterns.
