“How many degrees forward, or downward, can the TV tilt for viewing that must look upward in watching the TV?”

• As per the User's Manual, it pivots upward 2 degrees and downward 10 degrees. Also, it swings 135 degrees from left to right. I am very pleased with its operation.

• The mount tilts from +10° to -2° and swivels up to 135° in either direction.
