There are many places that will install a head unit in your car for you. It usually takes them an hour or two, and it costs $100+ normally. The places I would go to have it installed would be your local car audio shop, or Best Buy will do it as well. If you would like to save a bit of money though, I would do it myself. It's cheaper and very simple to do.
