“I got mine powered on and set up but no sound at all. How do I get my sounds , speakers were doing fine before install , bluetooth works but no sound”

this happened to my truck i had to give up and let them install it at best buy come to find out the harness i purchased for my truck was right but for some reason it still wasn't working so had to purchase a new harness that was specifically for my truck and it works. you have to ask the auto tech in the back that does the installs to get you the specific harness for your vehicle. do not purchase any from the actual store.
