“How do you turn on the RCA jacks in the back of the unit? I'm changing my speaker wire to RCA, but nothing comes out. There looks like a little red light on the back of the unit in the middle of the jacks, but it is not on.”

In general, rca jacks on the back of vehicle head units aren’t powered... they are used to send the audio signal to an external amplifier, which then gets sent to the speakers.
