- Answer I just bought this receiver and it is excellent! Yes you can add a back-up cam. I bought a cheap one on eBay ($30) and it works great with this. I had Best Buy do the installation of the receiver, back-up cam and 4 speakers. If you get their Total Protection Plan, installation is virtually free. I had to pay a little bit for the front speakers because they are component speakers. The guy did a great job! Make sure you get all the interfaces for your steering wheel it is very convenient! - Answer Not sure. When you go online to Best Buy’s and pu in your vehicle it will let you know if it fits. I think if you have a weather app on your phone or ask SIRI in CarPlay you can get the forecast.

QuestionDoes this radio need to have a usb cable plug in to the phone and radio to play songs. Also, can you play videos on it. Example: if you pop up u tube on your phone, can you run that through your phone to the radio on sound and video??

- Answer No, this is a Bluetooth receiver, so you can stream songs wirelessly as long as your phone or music device has Bluetooth. If it does not, you can plug and play through USB. In regards to video, it does not offer that feature. However, you can probably hack it someway to make it do that. But Kenwood does not offer that feature.

- Answer No, and your install might not actually be free either. The “free install” covers 1-2 hours of labor. If your install exceeds that time, you will owe some money. This is pretty unlikely though. The dash kit will have to be purchased from Best Buy or you can buy it on your own and have them install it. Depending on your vehicle, you might also need other equipment, such as a steering wheel interface module and antenna adapter. Your best bet is to speak with a Best Buy employee. They can plug your info into the system and tell you exactly what your car will need and the costs involved.

- Answer You can and i would choose the one i got , i got the one that was something like $70 or $80. If you get it installed through Geek Squad you get a lifetime warranty that lasts the life of the vehicle you put it in!!

- Answer Yes, google maps will work within Android Auto, but you cannot cast wirelessly.

- Answer You will need to purchase the XM receiver that simply plugs into the back of the radio and run the cord for the antenna. Sometimes you can get luck and the factory installed xm antenna will work with the radio. The xm receiver should fit easily behind the radio in the dash.
