- Answer Im sure it should be compatible. However you may need to rewire the harness and if your sirius tuner is more than 3 years old it may not be compatible with the new radio. Take a look at the tuner you have. This radio will accept a SXV200 or SXV300

- Answer High Definition Radio is supported however it's availability will come down to the provider in question.
