QuestionWhat height of travel mug will fit underneath?

- Answer I don’t a tape measure handy, but the larger craft/pot fits in the same area...my guess is height is about 10” and if you’re moved the insert that you set the cup on you could gain a little more height. I would look under the specifications or details area on the website to see if they list the craft height.

QuestionHow do you disable auto off on this machine? My K-Duo Plus works great until it goes to sleep overnight. The only way for me to brew in the morning is to unplug it and plug it back in, which I feel is unacceptable for a $200 coffee maker.

QuestionI can't install the Keurig - My K-Cup® Universal Reusable Coffee Filter in this coffeemaker. It does not go all the way inside. Did somebody have a success?

- Answer The Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with all Keurig Home Coffee Makers. Please note, you need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and remove the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. - Answer The K-Duo Plus coffee maker comes with a gold tone reusable mesh filter, but you can also fit a flat-bottom paper filter that is compatible with a 12-cup coffee maker.
