• It comes with the standard filter basket which you could use filters in if you preferred.

• Thank you for your question. The K-Duo Plus coffee maker comes with a gold tone reusable mesh filter, but you can also fit a flat-bottom paper filter that is compatible with a 12-cup coffee maker. We hope this helps!

• There is a “permanent” mesh style filer. It accepts standard filters, as well.
