“My brand new k-duo plus is only heating the water to a warm temperature. 1) is there a temperature control 2) does the drip tray double as a heating plate and if so how do I turn it on”

The K-Duo Plus coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. The temperature of a dispensed 6, 8, 10, or 12oz/cup beverage can range from 170-190 degrees Fahrenheit.
