QuestionThere is a filter and long plastic thing where do they go and what are they for

- Answer The filter and handle go in the water tank and filter the water before it goes into the chamber to be heated. If you use filtered water, the filter is not necessary. Btw, distilled water is NOT recommended for the the taste and can damage the machine over time.

QuestionHow easy is it to clean under the pod housing? We have a Cuisinart with a removable pod housing and it’s impossible to clean. The Cuisinart has a buildup of dried coffee and grounds. It’s nasty! I want a k-cup coffee machine that I can easily clean.

QuestionI read somewhere that certain models can have a permanent water line attached. I've read through the specs on most of these units and cannot find any that states this. I know I've read that some need a separate fitting and others do not.. Any Ideas?
