“I’ve had the K80 for a couple years. When I put the pods in now and close the top, they explode, with coffee grounds everywhere. Does anyone know why this is happening and if it can be fixed?”

The needle that you see when you open it is not puncturing the pods. Sometimes when I buy off brand pods mine does this. The plastic must be different. The needle thing might be dull or damaged.
