“What is a "Freedom Clip" for a Keurig 2.0 K450 ? I just bought a 2.0 and didn't know you had to use only Keurig k-pods ....I have a lot of pods that are not Keurig.”

It's a clip that tricks the optical sensor to believe it's detected the ring on the newer Keurig 2.0 cups. I've tried the clip, but find that the piece of paper with neon yellow sharpie works best. Look on YouTube.

Please try again later.For future purpose there are a lot of Keurig alternatives out there that you can use, however for the ones you already have, all you have to do is carefully cut off the outer ring of a Keurig k cup and "place" it on top of the non Keurig k cup and it will brew. but you will have to do this every time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can cut the lid/label off of an official Keurig or K-cup pod and lay it over the top of the non-Keurig pod and it usually works. The K-cup logo is magnetic or something, and the machine won't brew unless it reads it on the pod.
