each sub is 500w rms, *2 make sure to get an amp with at least 1000w rms. Dont listen to the anything 400w+ will work. Technically it will but bad advise

Please try again later.I went with the: KICKER - CX 1200W Class D Digital Mono Amplifier with Variable Low-Pass Crossover - Black It's a few watts more than the box is rated for, but it does have a 2,000 watt peak, so a quick jump up by 200 - 300 watts every once in a while shouldn't hurt them.
