Sounds like a grounding issue or improper wiring, loose or bad contact wiring. Stock stereo or after market head unit? If stick, could be the head unit not knowing that better speakers have been installed and shuts it off thinking it's original speaker set up. Best buy will look at it for free I believe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well I am no expert, but it sounds like you may be tripping an internal shut off to protect the unit from being overpowered, nothing to do with just a base install of speakers should not have any effect on the unit turning off. It probably has something to do with the unit itself. Like I said, im no expert :) I hope this helps any.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could be to much power for the speakers to handle it will shut down to prevent blowing the speaker. I suggest getting a speaker that can handle more watts . i choose speakers with a minimum of at least 500 watts
