“What other parts would I need to get to install these into my 2017 altima”

• Possibly a wiring harness if you dont want to crimp connector cables and speaker adapters. They make both parts for specific vehicle types, do a little research online. Both parts are inexpensive

• You would need a wiring harness for connecting speakers directly or you can cut off the factory speaker connector and splice the wires directly. You will also need a Nissan bracket adapter to mount to the speaker. This will keep you from having to drill new holes.
