The Kicker CX 1200.1 amplifier is rated to produce 600 Watts into 4-ohm loads, 1200 Watts into 2-ohm and 1-ohm loads. The only wiring options available to you with two Single-Voice-Coil 4-ohm subwoofers would be to wire them in parallel for a 2-ohm load or wire them in series for an 8-ohm load. In parallel configuration each subwoofer would see 600 watts RMS. In Series configuration the amplifier would produce approximately 300 Watts RMS of power and feed each sub 150 Watts. Neither option is ideal for the rated power on your subwoofers, but each is usable. If you go the parallel route for the higher power, be sure you adjust the gain on your amplifier so that it will produce less power with your particular source unit, do not operate your system in a manner to cause clipping and do not drive your subwoofers beyond their mechanical limits and you should be fine.
