“Just bought this model and can't figure out how to get it to reheat day old coffee that was left in the caraffe. I called Kitchenaid and they had no answer. Just want to reheat what is left over.”

Without using the microwave wave, the only way to reheat that much coffee is to remove old grounds and filter, put in a new filter, pour cold coffee into water reservoir and press brew button. Make sure to run a cycle with just water as soon as possible to clear out any old coffee in machine

You could pour coffee into water reservoir and run it through with no additional grounds added, but why would you want to muck up the insides of an expensive maker with leftover coffee.when you could pour in cups & microwave? I would bet running coffee thru the machine would void any warranty.
