- Answer If you need the drying cycle, then just do the Normal wash. If you don't want the drying cycle, do the Express one.

QuestionI purchased this unit 7 months ago and the control board just failed. The washer worked well but it's new!" I shouldn't be replacing anything at this point. Now I'm wondering if im going to have this issue every 7 months...come on kitchen aid tighten up!

QuestionOn the KDPE234GPSO model how do you load high pots in the lowest shelf? Are the tines adjustable on this model?

QuestionHow does the sound level compare with the Bosch unit of similar price?

- Answer I just took delivery-but will tell you I don't hear this model running and the dishes are dry. The Bosch I had originally purchased (and returned for this model) was quiet also, but like all Bosch models, they use "condensation" to dry the dishes. After a week of trying we couldn't get the dishes to dry. Know its been a couple weeks since you asked but thought I'd chime in. By the way, this is on sale AND with free install at Best Buy now. Great deal.

Question3rd Kitchenaid dishwasher, 3 homes, best yet. Instructions, no mention of rinse aid reservoir capacity. Sample Cascade Rinse Aid bottle barely allows indicator view port to show any Rinse Aid added. Further capacity / # washes - description w/b helpful.

Unfortunately the Rinse Aid dispensers number of washes is very difficult to accurately indicate as the amount dispensed can be adjusted based on performance required. - Answer The third rack does a great job of being cleaned, we hat it for shallow bowls and mostly knives etc.
