I bought one of these ovens 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried 2 recipes and neither have browned in the time the recipe calls for. Should i call a repairman? I’m very unhappy with this oven null

Maybe the temperature settings are set on centigrade instead of farenheit.
There is a calibrate button in clock tools.
