Q: QuestionDo I need a Flush installation kit to install it flush mounted inside the cabinet? If yes then what is the part number since there are varying answers available on web. Also, I found the following dimensions for flush mount cabinet, are they correct?

Q: QuestionIf one of the appliances has to be replaced, do they both have to be replaced as a single unit or can they be individually replaced?

Q: QuestionA lot of heat comes out the bottom of oven when operating, is that normal? And the cooling fan is loud and high pitched, this is first week operating, a Response would be appreciated.

• A:Answer Heat coming out of the bottom of the oven is good! This is the feature that gives an even circulation all around the item being baked in the oven, The fan can be heard when it operates, meaning that it is doing it's designed job of "even temperatures".

Q: QuestionIs this unit able to be flush to the cabinets? I noticed in a store display that it does not. It shows the door screws from the side view. Look at the photo, the doors are not flushed with the cabinet. The store people didn't know the answer.

Q: Questioncan you turn the convection feature on the oven and microwave off if you don't want to use it when cooking specific dishes? In other words, if you purchase the convection feature is it all or nothing?

• A:Answer Yes you can, but the convection oven is not working properly. This is my second one and neither of them bake at the temperature I set. For example, I set it to 400 F and checked the temperature halfway through cooking and showed 325 F. I do not recommend convection microwave wall oven combo from Kichanaid.
